Bake Me a Dream is a family owned and operated business. Co-owners and siblings Victorio Chavarria and Nina Sanchez started the bakery based on a “dream”. Coming from a mother who was an entrepreneur herself as well as an artist, Victorio and Nina grew up with a love of business. Victorio is a senior computer engineer at a computer company in Oregon, but has always dreamed of investing in something that could eventually give him the freedom that he enjoys. Nina is a stay at home mother of three who has enjoyed baking since she was a child. One of her greatest pleasures is creating unique cakes for her own children’s birthdays. Her dream of opening a bakery began three years ago when she was asked to make a poker table cake. Since then, her love of working with fondant has grown into a passion. With the love and support of her husband and family she looks forward to growing the business and sharing her creativity with the community.
